Tours in the Non Snow seasons

Hi,

I was wondering what sort of things there are to do in the seasons where there is no snow. I will be travelling there in September and believe that there won't be any snow at that time of year. What else is there to do and how do we travel on some of these tours which include sleigh rides when there is no snow?
