Any Grade that's below III can be granted to you instantly; however above III must be earned.
Ranking up takes time and work.
If you're active and take time with your training your shouldn't have a problem.

Grade I
Grade II

Probationer

(Initiate)
A new member in the group.
They're under trail to see whether they can be relied on and trusted to be a member of the family.
They will have one real life day to get used to being within the group.
Then the second day they'll be assessed depending on the rank they wish to follow.
(Example; A Probationer wanting to be a hunter would be asked to hunt down a small game animal)
